3.75 stars. It's not Nobel prize writing but I really like this world and the McCabe clan. The heroine didn't do anything ridiculous or stupid to piss me off. There were no cliched "misunderstandings". Yeah, overall, a refreshing quick read that I had a good time with. Entertaining from the first page.
